BATTLE BY THE BAY, March 21, 2009 - BALDWIN COUNTY, DAPHNE, ALABAMA, Doors Open at 6pm, Fights Start at 7:30pm

Once again Ultimate Event Promotions, LLC (UEP) is bringing the fastest growing sport on the planet – MMA Cage Fighting - to the Alabama Gulf Coast with BATTLE BY THE BAY, live at the Daphne Civic Center on Saturday March 21st.

The fight card will feature 15 bouts and include fighters from some of the best MMA camps in the South including PORT CITY MMA (Mobile AL), REMIX (D’Iberville MS), TEAM ICE (Ocala FL), DIXSON’S DUNGEON (Biloxi MS), NEXT LEVEL FIGHT TEAM (Long Beach MS) and PENSACOLA BOXING ACADEMY (Pensacola FL).

Ticket prices for General Admission seating are $30 in advance or $40 at the door and on the day of the event.

There are a limited number of cage-side seats available (seating INSIDE the steel barricade very close to the cage) for $75 each.

The public is invited to the Official Weigh-In Friday, March 20th, at Omni Fitness Center located at 27955 Highway 98 in Daphne, AL. Fighters will report at 7:00 pm and fans will have the opportunity to meet them and get autographs.

Ultimate Event Promotions will host an “after-fight party” at the Top of the Bay on Highway 98 in Daphne. Be sure to stop by and meet the fighters as well as some very special guests.
